Terms of Service

stydo.ai reads your uploaded syllabus and automatically extracts assignments, exams, deadlines, and grade weights, then builds a study schedule around your actual routine. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the product develops.

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you a spot in early access or any particular launch date
• Early-access features may be incomplete, may change without notice, and may contain bugs
• We may contact you by email or WhatsApp about your invite, using the details you provide
• We may prioritize invites in any order we choose

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

You must be at least 16 years old to use stydo.ai. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• Some features may require a paid subscription, billed through our payment processor (Stripe)
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law

You keep ownership of the syllabi, courses, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading it, you give us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service to you. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload any document you submit.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of your school's academic integrity policies
• Upload content you don't have the right to share
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or abuse other users

Parts of the Service rely on third-party providers — for example, AI processing of uploaded syllabi and payment handling. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider's terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or performance.

stydo.ai and its branding, design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. stydo.ai helps organize your academic workload, but we don't guarantee that extracted deadlines, grade weights, or schedules are complete or error-free — always confirm important dates against your official syllabus.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, stydo.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed deadlines or academic outcomes.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
